Ensure that you have not entered the number “5” as the “S” letter. For Instance- if the DNA activation code does not have 15 characters, then you need to check and confirm that the DNA test is from the Ancestry and not from any other company.
You Have Already Used Activation Code?
If the DNA test results is ready and you’re trying to access them or want to check the status of your DNA test, you don’t require to fill the activation code again. Login to your Ancestry account, tap on the DNA tab, and choose DNA results summary. There you can see the DNA test results or their updated status.
